The Wisconsin Union offers two buildings to fit your conference needs—Memorial Union and Union South. Both buildings offer rooms with custom arrangements that allow you to host your entire event within our buildings. Plenary sessions, concurrent sessions, meals, poster sessions, and receptions can all take place with planning support from our conference team. The available facilities include: the 350 seat Marquee cinema, the 11,000 square foot Varsity Hall (divisible into three separate spaces), 17 meeting rooms, and state of the art audio/visual equipment. Located at the Wisconsin Union, Conference Services provide an array of management assistance for University, state, domestic, and global partners. Our professional staff serves as your go-to contact for a range of services: from registration management to abstract collection, budgeting, and financial planning. Use of Wisconsin Union facilities and other university spaces are primarily restricted to activities that fulfill the University's mission of teaching, research and public service. Campus Event Services is responsible for assigning space for non-instructional use only. Non-instructional use refers to any activities that do not offer college credit for attending.
